On boss:
wap /usr/testbed/sbin/changeuid olduid newuid wap /usr/testbed/sbin/changepid oldpid newpid
as long as the user or project is still UNAPPROVED.
This script will only operate on as-yet-UNAPPROVED users and projects. Once they are approved it becomes too difficult to deal with a change because of existing directories which might be exported to active experiments.
